The Moroccan marinated olives recipe is perfect for aperitifs! Olives, spices and a little oil, nothing could be simpler! We started from the @nadzsnacks recipe:
Ingredients :
- Green and black olives
- 1 tbsp chopped candied lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chilli puree
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tsp paprika, cumin & oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro and parsley
Preparation :
- Mix the olives with the rest of the ingredients
- Put the mixture in a jar, you can store it for up to a month
- Serve these marinated olives during your aperitifs!
We used the small TANGER aperitif bowls, available on the LAOUNE store , to serve these olives!
