The Moroccan marinated carrot salad can be eaten hot or cold, in winter or in summer and it is a recipe to know! Very quick to make, it will be perfect for an aperitif or for an appetizer in your menu:
Ingredients:
- 250g carrots
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1/4 tsp cumin (to taste)
- Finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Peel and cut your carrots into small rounds or small pieces
- Steam your carrots
- Drain and place your carrots in a skillet over low heat
- Add the oil, spices and parsley while mixing gently
- Serve this salad hot or cold
