Salade d'haricots verts marinés ("Schlada b loubia")

Marinated green bean salad ("Schlada b loubia")

We used Choumicha's recipe to make this Moroccan-style marinated green bean salad. This salad can be eaten hot or cold, in winter as in summer:

Ingredients :

  • 250g green beans
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

P repair:

  • Clean and cut your beans lengthwise if needed
  • Blanch them in salted water for 10 minutes.
  • Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and oil
  • Drain and season the beans
  • Serve this salad hot or cold

*We used the TANGER aperitif bowls, available on the LAOUNE store , to serve this salad!
