We used Choumicha's recipe to make this Moroccan-style marinated green bean salad. This salad can be eaten hot or cold, in winter as in summer:
Ingredients :
- 250g green beans
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
P repair:
- Clean and cut your beans lengthwise if needed
- Blanch them in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and oil
- Drain and season the beans
- Serve this salad hot or cold
